About Pro AV Solutions.

With more than 30 years of audio visual experience, a team of over 220 professionals and eight offices around the country, our expertise and size provides an unparalleled set of skills that when matched with the worlds most advanced technology, deliver some of the largest and most prestigious audio visual projects in Australia and internationally.

In 1999, a partnership was formed under the name Navigate Group between all State businesses. The vision was of a combined force of AV integration professionals that all prided themselves on delivering excellence, with each State business continuing to operate under individual trading names. In August 2012, the Navigate Group, officially united under the banner of Pro AV Solutions, with all businesses trading now as Pro AV Solutions. With the combined strength of hundreds of professionals sharing the same passion, culture and vision to innovate, Pro AV Solutions is uniquely capable of offering solutions that capture the imagination and exceed our clients’ expectations

Our responsibility is to determine the best technology required to deliver solutions based on what people need, married with improved business outcomes.

Design.

Our end design is achieved through communication and further discussion aimed at defining a scope, supported by a functional brief, matched to the business budget. We use our knowledge and expertise to assess the system design, aesthetics and overall infrastructure to provide value-focused and effective solutions.

Integration.

Our professionally qualified Project Managers are the key to making sure projects are completed on time, to budget and that the finished solution meets the highest quality standards. Whether the installation is large or small, the right team will be allocated to ensure it is carried out properly. To ensuse systems are easy to operate, Pro AV Solutions in-house engineers will program touch panels to provide user friendly menus.

Adoption.

Not only do we offer on-site training before the Go Live date, we also offer unlimited refresher training on demand. This means that if you have new staff, or staff that missed initial training, our expert staff can come in and show them the full functionality of the technology.

Review.

Pro AV Solutions provide a consultative approach to offering maintenance and support, our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are tailored to both the needs of the business and the requirements of the equipment.

Managed Services.
